Join us in supporting the amazing organization Extra Life. Extra Life is a charity that helps fund the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. In the past, Joshua Griffin, our team captain, has raised over $1.5k for Boston's Children's Hospital. Join us this year to make it our best year yet supporting Extra Life. All donations are Tax-Deductible, meaning kids win and you win (thanks Uncle Sam).

Our Story

The Griffin Initiative has been through a lot of changes over the 9 years that Joshua has run The Griffin Initiative. Joshua started the The Griffin Initiative back in 2016 with passion and a dream. He wants to create entertainment to bring others the same escape that he needed when he was young. Originally the YouTube Channel started as a place to share fun gameplay clips, but as time progressed he turned to Game Development, then back to Game Videos with the current team (Joshua, Hailey, Jesse, Dakota, and Leo). The Griffin Initiative had a resurgence in 2021 when Joshua was back on Campus with the group and they pushed streaming and new series such as: The Forest, 7 Days To Die, and Gang Beasts. Now The Griffin Initiative has a new Series called Stardew Valley With My Girlfriend, lead by Joshua and Hailey. Join those two in some fun Stardew shenanigans and exploring the lovely valley.
