For the eighth year in a row I'll be playing Shadows of Brimstone for 24+ hours with my friends and team mates to raise funds for kids in need at the Salinas Valley Health!  Hopefully our most successful year yet!

Why I "Extra Life"

I'm not athletic, I can't do fun runs and other charity athletic events. But darn it, I can game! Last year we managed to raise $6,600, which was exhilarating! To help out kids by playing my favorite game for ridiculous amounts of time is too good a thing to pass up. It's a really marvelous experience.

Here's how it works

• Extra Life is a 24-hour fundraising and gaming marathon to support Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

• On our Game Days, I will be a week late in joining thousands of gamers in dedicating an entire day to play games and get donations from friends like YOU!

• We won't be playing for 24-hours straight, because it's too hard on our decrepit aging bodies. Due to a very unfortunately timed concussion, we've had to split this into three eight hour sessions over November.

• 100% of the donations go to my local hospital. TOGETHER we will make a difference for sick kids!
